Monthly Plans: Pay as you go with flexibility to cancel anytime.
Yearly Plans: Commit to a year and save 25%—ideal for those ready to go all in. 3 month penalty for early cancellation.
Overage Fee: User sessions are defined as a consumer landing on Boardwalk served code, and as much usage until there is 30 minutes of inactivity. Going over the monthly limit, overage use is charged at $0.07 per session.
NOTE: Billing occurs at the start of each month, partial months are billed pro-rata. Plus any applicable local / regional / federal taxes.

Additional Notes:
- Clients with Legacy Plans: Clients who choose to remain with their current pricing schedule, Boardwalk will honor legacy plans until 8/31/2026
- Inactivity: Accounts with no activity for 90 days will be suspended, and require reactivation. Reactivation will roll any pre-existing clients into the most current pricing schedule.
- Downgrades to a lower plan level will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle, provided you give at least seven (7) days before the end of the current term. Cancellation fees may apply if downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan.
- Boardwalk reserves the right to bill for processing fees + 1.5%.
- Applicable, local, state and federal taxes will be charged.
